From Recipient Configuration select Distribution Group. In the opening Contact Group window, please click Contact Group > Forward Group > In Internet Forward (vCard) or As an Outlook Contact as you need. Now let’s get this contact added to our Distribution Group.
I cannot find the Webex toolbar in Outlook 2016. Enter the external Email Address of your contact and click Ok. The Webex toolbar is not appearing in Microsoft Outlook 2016.
